New Remote Access Servers with iManage version 10.x

 

New Remote Access Servers are available to all Firm employees. These servers are configured with the new version of iManage (v. 10). Connecting to these new servers follows a slightly different procedure. Please carefully review the documentation, below, and alert the Information Systems Group if you have any trouble.

MAC Users should first download the Remote Desktop Client:

The first time you connect to the new Remote Desktop severs, there are a few tasks you’ll need to complete. These are one-time tasks. Please review the instructions carefully and email the Help Desk if you encounter any problems.


NOTE:  For some printers, we will need to manually add the proper drivers in order for you to print.
