Users that access Remote Desktop Connection for working remotely can utilize the instructions below for connecting to the Firm remotely. Please be aware that for security reasons, the download link listed below will change to a fresh link every few months. Be sure to check back to update your bookmark(s) if needed.

For accessing on a Windows computer, simply download the shortcut from the link above. It will likely save to your default download location on your computer (often the "Downloads" folder). Feel free to move this shortcut to the desktop or any location on the computer for easy access. Then, simply double-click the shortcut to connect to Remote Desktop. You will be asked for your credentials in the format of shulman\USERNAME where the username is your login username (NOT email address). You will be asked to authenticate with Duo when connecting.
For accessing from a Mac computer - you will first need to download the Windows App from the App Store at this link - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/windows-app/id1295203466?mt=12 | Once you have completed this step, you may download the RDC Shortcut from the ShareFile link above and use that to connect using the Windows instructions.
In the rare event that Firm email/Outlook becomes inaccessible due to an outage - employees may access email via Mimecast. This can be reached by going to www.mimecast.com and using the "Login" button near the top right of the page. Login credentials will be your full Firm email address and generally your Domain password.
Note: You may also access via a "Cloud Password" which is DIFFERENT from your Firm login password. It is a good idea to know what this is and reset it if needed.
Employees may also access Outlook from the web version. This version is NOT integrated with iManage and there are no add-ins like Mimecast, iManage, etc. This is best to use when you need barebones email access on a computer.
This is reachable via https://outlook.office.com/ and logging in with you full Firm email address and Firm password.
Please be aware that email is STRONGLY preferred when contacting the Help Desk. We can be reached at HelpDesk@shulmanrogers.com and will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
If you must call, please be sure to leave a detailed voicemail if a staff member is not available to answer at the time of your call. Repeatedly calling the Help Desk with no voicemail in rapid succession will not receive a priority response.
